This sock blank is meant for socks knit two at a time (or it can be wound into 2 separate 40g balls of yarn).

This sock blank sock set contains 1 x 80g sock blank (split into 2 strands of 40g each knit together into 1 sock blank) and 1 x 30g skein (in a contrasting colour for heels, cuffs and toes) = 110g in total.
The 80g (2 x 40g) sock blank is about 280m (140m x 2) and the 30g skein is about 105m = 385m in total.
