If you have any questions about our yarns, colour combinations, etc. Please do not hesitate to contact us, we are always happy to assist.

Have a colour in mind, but don’t see it on our website, we can custom dye it for you (please note that this can sometimes take a little bit of time).

If you would like multiple orders to be combined into a single parcel or for orders over a couple months to be shipped together at a later stage, you can let us know. This is now made easier by the “Combine orders” shipping option.

Some notes regarding this:
This cannot be used if the other order has already been shipped.
It can be used for multiple orders, but at least one order needs to have shipping included. Surcharges may apply for large parcels (we will let you know if this applies).

Important note regarding shipping:
Please note that with the increasing fuel prices there might be a small surcharge on parcels (mostly larger parcels at this stage) as couriers change their prices on short notice. If there is anything extra to be paid we will notify you. We apologise for the inconvenience.
